Questions
Is Nejon Prayer free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use. It shows a small banner ad, which you can close. If you'd like to support the project, there is an optional donation link in the app.
How are the prayer times calculated?
From your location, using the calculation method common in your country.
Are the prayer times and the Qibla always exact?
They are calculated as accurately as possible, but they can differ by a few minutes from your local mosque, and the Qibla compass can be disturbed by metal or magnets nearby. When in doubt, please follow your local mosque.
Does it work offline?
Yes for prayer times. The app downloads the times for the whole year, so the countdown and adhan reminders keep working without internet. Quran audio needs a connection.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your prayers, settings and progress are saved on your phone.
Which languages are available?
English, German, French, Albanian, Bosnian, Macedonian, Turkish and Arabic.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Nejon Prayer is coming soon to the App Store.
